LEARNING TO PLAY A SPORT
Learning a sport has never been difficult for me because I have always liked being active, my favourite sport when I was young was handball. I learned everything, based on practice, and some injuries; and I felt in love with the dynamics of this game. I played it for about 3 years in a row and got to play a game in which if I won I would qualify for the regionals, and that made me want to continue playing.
But when I entered high school, I left sports due to lack of time, but if I remember correctly, I practised four times a week, and my teacher taught us new techniques, etc. In the middle of my sophomore year, I was interested in badminton but because of the exams and that I was doing a little badly, my parents did not let me huddle. I think that in order to learn a sports what you have to spend the most are hours and dedication, nothing is achieved from one day to the next. ( 21 minutes)
